The gender inequality in image by the Women Matter

Anyone more or less interested in inequality between men and women in business, particularly in access to positions of responsibility, knows – or should know – the Women Matter‘s report signed each year (for four years) by McKinsey . Objective? Explicit the link between diversity and business performance. Gender Balance en Inde

Un mois déjà… Nous célébrions la journée de la femme et, pour cette occasion, j’étais en Inde et en Chine. Célébrer la Women’day à New Delhi, faire réfléchir des comités de direction indiens et chinois pendant une demi-journée sur le thème du “gender balance”, quelle chance !! Avoir pu ouvrir des échanges entre business leaders sur la place des femmes dans le management et engager des plans d’action, quelle opportunité ! Choc d’histoires, choc de cultures et un même sujet qui avance et qui peut être, aujourd’hui, posé au plus haut niveau des organisations des entreprises… Oui, le monde change, l’optimisme s’impose donc !
